The possibilities with Chat GBT seem endless – so far it has tackled everything from law examiner to writing film scripts – but the question is: Can Chat GBT give us useful dating advice?
What is Chat GBT?
Chat GBT is an AI service from the American company Open AI.
The service consists of a so-called text robot or virtual assistant that has been allowed to read in large amounts of information from various sources online. It uses the data to generate texts based on simple directives and various variables.
Chat GBT interacts in the form of a conversation, which according to Open AI means that it can “answer follow-up questions, admit its mistakes, question incorrect premises, and reject inappropriate requests”.
Dating tips from Chat GBT
When we asked Chat GBT for dating tips, it first explained that it had no personal experience with dating, but could give us some “general advice based on common social and psychological principles.”

As the text robot itself says, its advice is general – in other words, they hardly contribute anything that feels new or revolutionary. At the same time, the advice is undeniably very sensible and we cannot criticize any of it.
In addition, it was impressive to see the speed at which the text was produced, and we are just as convinced as before that text bots will one day take over our jobs.
