A Man Called Otto

Tom Hanks stars in this one American version of A man called Ove. The plot of the film revolves around the grumpy widower Otto whose only source of joy is criticizing and judging his neighbors. But when a lively young family moves into the house next door, Otto’s world is turned upside down.
Babylon
Premiere: January 27, 2023
Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Olivia Wilde and Tobey Maguire are some of the stars who appear in this highly anticipated film by Damien Chazelle (Whiplash, La La Land). The plot revolves around the rise and fall of a number of characters in 1920s Hollywood.
Magic Mike’s Last Dance
Premiere: February 10, 2023
Just over a decade after the premiere of the first one Magic Mike– the film returns Channing Tatum in the role of Mike Lane. In this film, he begins a romance with an influential woman (played by Salma Hayek) and heads to London to do one last show.
Women Talking
Premiere: February 17, 2023
Rooney Mara, Claire Foy and Jessie Buckley are some of the actors in this film which is inspired by real events. The film is about a religious community in Bolivia where the women realize that they have been drugged and exploited by the men in the community.
The Whale
Premiere: March 10, 2023
Brendan Fraser has been acclaimed at film festivals worldwide for his performance in this film, which is about an overweight, depressed teacher who tries to rebuild his relationship with his teenage daughter.
The little Mermaid
Premiere: May 26, 2023
In recent years, Disney has remade several of its classic films into feature films, and now the luck has come The little Mermaid. The plot revolves around the mermaid Ariel (played by Halle Bailey) who saves a man from drowning and falls in love with him.
Asteroid City
Premiere: June 9, 2023
Wes Anderson’s long-awaited new film offers acting efforts from stars such as Margot Robbie, Tom Hanks, Scarlett Johansson and Tilda Swinton. The story takes place in the 1950s and is about mysterious events that take place at a youth convention in a fictional American small town.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny
Premiere: June 30, 2023
Harrison Ford, Mads Mikkelsen, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Antonio Banderas star in the fifth and final film about the adventurer Indiana Jones. The action takes place in 1969 when the space race between the United States and the Soviet Union took place.
Barbie
Premiere: July 21, 2023
It is not yet known exactly what Greta Gerwig’s Barbie is about, and the teaser (see below) hardly provided more meat on the legs. With Margot Robbie in the role of Barbie and Ryan Gosling as Ken, however, many have high hopes for this story about the world’s probably most famous doll.
Oppenheimer
Premiere: July 21, 2023
Christopher Nolan has both written and directed this film about the American scientist J. Robert Oppenheimer and the role he played in the development of the atomic bomb. Cillian Murphy plays Oppenheimer and is joined by stars such as Florence Pugh, Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr. and Matt Damon.
Dune: Part Two
Premiere: November 2023
In this sequel to the first Dune film – due out in 2021 – Paul Atreides (Timothée Chalamet) teams up with Chani (Zendaya) to avenge the deaths of his family members.
