Apple Dream (Alcohol Free)
You need:
10 cl apple cider, alcohol-free
1/2 lime, squeezed
1 teaspoon granulated sugar or 1 cl syrup
0.5 cl ginger juice
Cinnamon and apple slice for garnish
Ice
Do this:
Mash ginger in the bottom of a shaker to extract the juice. Top up with the lime juice and granulated sugar (or sugar syrup) and shake well. Serve in a highball glass and top up with the alcohol-free cider. Garnish with an apple slice and finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
