Porridge with sesame and coconut milk, topped with berries and seeds
Porridge
1 portion
1 dl porridge mix
2 1/2 dl water
1 pinch of real vanilla powder
1 pinch of salt
Sesame – and coconut milk
3 dl fat, runny coconut milk
1 tbsp tahini
1 pinch of real vanilla powder
1 pinch of salt
Topping
Sea buckthorn
Raspberry
Blueberry
Sesame seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Do this:
1. Cook the porridge according to the instructions on the package. If you don’t have the porridge mix I used, any porridge will do. Buckwheat porridge, for example!
2. Mix the ingredients for the milk and taste.
3. Serve the porridge with the milk and optional topping, for example sea buckthorn, raspberries, blueberries, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds.
