To make them at home, here are three inspirations. But, in fact, you can venture out and make your own combinations, with the ingredients you like the most. Ingredients

  • 250g wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 40gr of sugar
  • 40gr of butter
  • 400ml milk
  • 1 c. vanilla essence tea

preparation method

  • Separate the whites from the yolks.
  • In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the flour, sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Add the milk little by little.
  • Add the melted butter, continuing without beating it – or using a blender if you have one.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and mix very gently with the previous mixture.
  • Keep in the fridge for about an hour.
  • Grease the waffle maker with butter, coconut oil or olive oil.
  • When it is very hot, pour an amount of preparation in order to cover the entire plate, but without filling it.
  • Some machines alert you when the waffles are ready. If yours doesn’t have this feature, then keep an eye out. It’s a quick process that takes about 5 minutes.

  • 4 c. oat flour soup
  • 1 c. flaxseed flour dessert
  • 1 c. yeast coffee
  • 2 c. skimmed milk soup
  • 1 c. coconut sugar soup
  • 1 c. vanilla essence coffee

preparation method

  • In a blender, beat all the ingredients, except the yeast.
  • When the mixture is homogeneous, add the yeast and mix gently with a spoon.
  • Place the dough in the hot waffle maker, greased with a little butter.
  • Some machines alert you when the waffles are ready. If yours doesn’t have this feature, then keep an eye out. It’s a quick process that takes about 5 minutes.

  • 1 cup of rice flour
  • 2 c. carob flour soup
  • 1 c. yeast coffee
  • 1 cup of vegan yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rice drink
  • 45g coconut oil
  • 3 c. of honey soup

preparation method

  • Warm up the waffle maker.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour a portion of the dough into the machine, so as to cover the plates, but without filling them.
  • Some machines alert you when the waffles are ready. If yours doesn’t have this functionality, then keep an eye out. It’s a quick process that takes about 5 minutes.
