Among the mobility services that will be provided is the issuance of the license, its duplicate, vehicle registration, certificate of freedom and tradition, to mention some of those that will be available.

No longer will you have to stand in long lines for hours to get your pass and some other errands. In order to reduce the time for mobility procedures in Bogotá, the District Mobility Secretariat will virtualize most of the processes.

After several days of discussion, the District awarded the Single Service Window contract to the Circulemos Digital consortium. This association is made up of Data Tools SA with 45% of the contract, Olimpia IT SAS with 40% and Soluciones en Red SAS with 15%. These will be in charge of digitizing the procedures considered by the Secretary, in addition to expanding the face-to-face service points.

With this new processing model, the District will have a participation not of 50% (as it is at the moment), but of 75%. It is expected that, with this new percentage, the city will receive around $1 billion pesos during the ten years of said contract.

Among the services that will be provided is the issuance of the license, its duplicate, vehicle registration, transfer of property, certificate of freedom and tradition, change of plate, and operation card. Pedagogical courses, bicycle registration and challenge of subpoenas, among others, may also be held.

Within the services that will be carried out virtually, requests are also stipulated in order to optimize response times. The telephone channels for citizen attention will also be strengthened. In addition, the face-to-face points will go from 12 to 19 in the city. Rather, now there is no excuse to delay with these procedures.

This consortium will enter the pre-operational phase from now until March 2022, during which time they will have to join all their new tasks to assume functions. After this, they have one year to start providing the service, which will last until 2032.
