- Cut the carrots, potatoes and cabbage into pieces.
- Peel the onion, cut it into half moons and place them in a pan.
- Add the chopped garlic and olive oil and sauté until the onion is soft.

- Place half of the previous mixture on a tray, cover with the boiled eggs, cut into slices, and cover with the rest of the mixture.
