Watermelon salad with feta cheese and olives
1 pkt feta cheese
1 can of olives (preferably pitted)
1 red onion
1 pot coriander
salt and pepper
Cut the onion into thin rings. Squeeze the lime into a bowl and let the onion absorb the lime juice while you make the rest of the salad.
Cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces, cut the feta cheese into small cubes and coarsely chop the coriander. Place in a bowl and add olives.
3. Pour over the lime juice and red onion, drizzle over olive oil and salt and pepper.
