  • 1 kg of beef
  • 700gr of potatoes
  • 600gr of peas
  • 1.5dl of white wine
  • 0.5dl of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 sprig of coriander
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
  • Salt and pepper, qb

preparation method

  • Arrange the meat, tie it with kitchen string and season with the white wine, paprika, bay leaf, coriander sprig, finely chopped garlic cloves, salt and pepper.
  • Let marinate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Peel and wash the onion, chop it finely and place it in a pan, together with the meat, the marinade and the oil.
  • Cover, bring to a boil and cook slowly, turning occasionally until the meat is golden brown and all the sauce has evaporated.
  • Bring another pot to the boil with 5 dl of water and the meat broth, until it dissolves.
  • Then add it to the pot containing the meat and let it start to boil.
  • Add the peeled and washed potatoes and the peas and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and serve the sliced ​​meat with the peas and potatoes.

  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 meat broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • ½ bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper, qb
  • Parsley and fresh basil, to taste

preparation method

  • Cut the meat into small pieces and season it with a little salt and pepper.
  • In a saucepan, heat the oil and add the onion, bay leaf and chopped garlic.
  • Add the meat, broth, bell pepper and a little tomato paste.
  • Rectify the seasonings and let it cook over low heat for an hour.
  • Add the mushrooms and carrots and cook for another 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Finish by adding the fresh basil.
