If you’ve spent any time on TikTok over the past few months, you’ve probably noticed the “Vanilla Girl” aesthetic and its steadily increasing popularity.
The hashtag currently has over 400 million searches and the aesthetic – which can be described as neutral, luxurious minimalism where light tones play a central role – includes everything from make-up to interior design.

Vanilla French: the polish that sets the look
Now the vanilla girl trend has also reached our nails. Zola Ganzorigt is the mastermind behind the “Vanilla French” manicure, a look that several of her famous clients – including Adele, Kylie Jenner and Nicola Peltz Beckham – have been seen in recently.
Vanilla French can be described as a softer version of classic French manicure. A slim, muted white tip gives a sophisticated impression, while the glossy finish adds that little something extra. Zola creates the look by using two different nail polishes: the subtle pink Put It In Neutral by OPI and the soft white shade Funny Bunny from the same brand.
