Ingredients

  • 2 alheiras
  • 4 apples
  • 4 carrots

How to prepare alheiro in the oven

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Prick the alheiras with a toothpick and place them on the board.
  • Peel the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise and also place them on the tray.
  • Take the carrots and other sausages to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Halfway through the time, turn the sausages and carrots, letting the carrots touch the sauce that is loosening from the sausages.
  • In a saucepan, cook the apples, washed and peeled, with a tablespoon of water and a pinch of salt.
  • Once cooked, puree them with a fork.
  • Serve the alheiras with the carrots and apple puree.

  • 2 alheiras
  • 200gr of quinoa
  • 1 package of frozen spinach
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and olive oil qb

How to prepare alheira in the oven with quinoa and spinach

  • Prick the alheiras with a toothpick and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  • Place them on a tray and bake them in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Wash the quinoa very well and then cook it in about 400g of water and a pinch of salt.
  • In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and lightly brown the slightly crushed garlic cloves.
  • Sauté the spinach in olive oil and garlic until cooked and then add the quinoa.
  • Let it sauté a little and then serve with the roasted sausages in the oven.
