Ingredients
- 500gr of flour
- 100g of melted margarine
- 15g baker’s yeast
- 2 dl warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 yolk
- 2 slices of desalted codfish
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1dl of olive oil
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- salt and flour qb
preparation method
- Knead the flour with the salt and melted margarine.
- Dilute the yeast in the milk and place over the dough.
- Knead a little more and add the eggs, one by one.
- Shape into a ball and let rise for half an hour.
- Put the cod to cook, without skin or bones.
- Cut the onions and garlic into pieces.
- Sauté in olive oil, in a frying pan, adding the already cooked cod, cut into pieces.
- Add the parsley.
- Turn on the oven at 160º.
- Mix the dough preparation with the cod preparation and stir well, in order to spread the cod throughout the dough.
- Shape into a circular shape, brush with egg yolk.
- Place in the oven for 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 25gr baker’s yeast
- 50ml water
- 1 and 1/2 c. olive oil soup + 2 c. olive oil soup
- 2 eggs
- 25gr vegetable cream
- 50gr crushed cooked courgette
- 300gr whole wheat flour
- 400gr sliced ​​cooked cod
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
preparation method
- Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water.
- Put the flour on the kitchen counter, make a hole in the middle and pour in the water with the yeast, 1 and 1/2 spoons of olive oil, vegetable cream and courgette. Mix everything.
- Add the eggs and continue kneading.
- Form a ball and let rise for half an hour.
- Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic cloves and the sliced ​​onion.
- When the onion is golden, add the cod. Leave to cook for about 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough in two and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place the cod preparation on top of the dough.
- Cover with the rest of the dough.
- Make holes along the dough and place in a preheated oven at 180º for about 25 minutes.
