- 350gr spaghetti pasta
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 6 fresh mushrooms
- 200gr tomato pulp
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 cup of béchamel sauce
- Grated cheese
- Oil
- Salt, pepper and qb water
preparation method
- Cook the spaghetti in abundant water with a little salt for about 8 minutes.
- Make a stew with the chopped onion, the grated carrot and the olive oil.
- Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the laminated mushrooms and tomato pulp.
- Let it simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add the shredded chicken and adjust the seasoning.
- Place the well-drained pasta in an ovenproof dish, add the sauce with the chicken and cover with the béchamel sauce.
- Sprinkle the tray with grated cheese and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Pasta with Stewed Chicken and Chickpeas

- 200gr of chickpeas
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- Oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 beef chorizo
- 1/2 carrots cut into rounds
- 2 tablespoons of tomato puree
- 1 beer
- salt
- Pepper
- Chopped parsley
- 200g of elbow pasta or bows
preparation method
- Cut the franc breast into small cubes.
- Thinly slice the chorizo ​​and carrot. Reserve.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add the chicken cubes, chorizo ​​and carrots.
- Cook until the preparation is golden, stirring occasionally.
- Add the tomato puree and mix. Drizzle with beer and a little water.
- Add the chickpeas.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the pasta and once it’s ready, turn it off and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
