It should be noted that Barış Başdaş was taken to the hospital and presented a serious injury to his foot as a result of the strong impact received after the fall.

The aforementioned footballer has had an extensive career and He has played for Kasımpaşa, Göztepe, Adana Demirspor, Karabükspor, Alanyaspor, Gençlerbirliği, Karagümrük, Samsunspor, Hannover 96 and is currently a member of Yeni Malatyaspor in Turkish football.
The player was in Malatya, one of the most affected cities in Turkey by the earthquake.
The earthquake in Turkey and Syria has left unfortunate figures of more than 2,000 dead and another 15,000 injured, and it is also estimated that some 7,800 people have been rescued by the Turkish authorities.
