Travis Kelce was crowned Super Bowl LVII champion last Sunday with the Kansas City Chiefs after defeating the Philadelphia Eagles, his brother Jason Kelce’s team. However, the tight end is also brimming with passion for Club América of Liga MX.

It turns out that images and videos have resurfaced through social networks that prove the love of this NFL figure for the Eagles of America. Three years ago Kelce received a shirt from the Coapa team with the number 87 on the back.

In July 2020, the different social networks of the Chiefs shared a video of a technical talk that the players received from their coach and in one of the shots the tight end is seen wearing this jersey.

However, the first contact dates back more years, precisely in 2018 when they asked him in a transmission of the TUDN chain to repeat “Vamos América”.

Mexico in the veins?

Curiously, a few days before the Super Bowl that took place in Arizona, his brother Jason Kelce paid tribute to Mexico during Opening Night. The player accepted the request to put on a charro hat and shout the typical “Long live Mexico!”

This pair of brothers made history last Sunday by becoming the first to be rivals in an NFL final. Jason Kelce has been the center for the Philadelphia Eagles for 12 seasons and has won a Super Bowl. Travis Kelce has 10 seasons as a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs and now has two championship rings.
