  • Separate the yolks from the whites.
  • In a bowl, place the boiled condensed milk and the egg yolks and beat well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  • In another container, beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Add to the previous preparation, mixing carefully.
  • Refrigerate and serve decorated with sliced ​​toasted almonds.

  • 20gr of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can of boiled condensed milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 sachet of gelatin powder

preparation method

  • Separate the yolks from the whites.
  • Place the butterfly on the blades, add the egg whites, salt and sugar to the mixing bowl and program 5min/50ºC/speed 3.5. Reserve.
  • Without washing the bowl, add the cooked condensed milk and egg yolks and program 1min/37ºC/speed 34.
  • Add the reserved whipped egg whites and blend 8 sec/speed 3.
  • Remove the butterfly, wrap it with the spatula, pour it into small bowls and put it in the fridge for 2h30.
