This is how you plan your week day by day to be as productive and happy as possible

Have you felt that on Sunday you don’t really know what to do next week? Work, then maybe meet friends and train, and so on. Time to set up a new weekly schedule that will make you happier and more successful at work.

Monday – make time for your loved ones
If there’s anything that gives you energy after a long day at work, it’s talking to your loved ones. Call your mother, your best friend or reach out to an old friend. Make plans with someone you care about for the week and stick to them.

Tuesday – spread joy
Tuesday can often feel like the toughest day of the week. It’s a long way to the weekend and it’s really the everyday life of the weekdays. Therefore, on this day of the week, you can take the opportunity to spread some joy. It can be about fetching coffee for your colleague, offering coffee, giving money to a beggar or yes, anything. Little or big, it doesn’t matter.

Wednesday – take care of yourself

When it’s Wednesday, it’s time to take time for yourself. It is easy to lose yourself in the pile of work. Sit down for a while and just hang out with you. Meditate, do yoga or read a book. It doesn’t have to be the whole evening, ten minutes is enough. Only you take your time.

Thursday – sweating

On Thursday, it’s time to sweat out the week’s worries. Peppa for the weekend with a sweaty and tough training session. The reward will be a bunch of lovely endorphins and you will feel happier. Make Thursday your training day, if you have a hard time getting the training in, it is a good tip to have a fixed day.

Friday – do what makes you happy

Make sure to do something that makes you happy when you get home from work. Do something that you love to do. Go out to eat with your friends, go to the cinema by yourself, read a good book or cook a good dinner. The important thing is that you do something that makes you feel good and not do something just because you are tired (Netflix).

Saturday – plan your happiness

Think about what makes you happy in life. What people do you have in your life, what fun do you have to look forward to. Don’t you have anything fun to look forward to? Then plan something! A trip, a new job or party.

Sunday – plan your week

Take time and plan how your week will be. What meetings will you have, what do you want to achieve. Think about how you can make next week a really good work week. At the top of your weekly plan, write something to do that makes you feel good, something that reminds you to think happy thoughts.
