PSG was eliminated from the competition after losing to Bayern Munich with a score of 2-0 in the return game held in the German capital. It should be remembered that those led by Galtier did not have Neymar who will miss the remainder of the season due to a new injury that attacks him again at 31 years of age.

However Choupo-Moting would insist and at minute 62 placed a lapidary goal for PSG and gave Bayern Munich half a foot in the quarterfinals that once again exposed the millionaire PSG squad for another year.
The Parisians tried but the Swiss Yann Sommer denied them the goal and later the French team was handcuffed and never managed to penetrate the German area. That was how at 89, Serge Gnabry gave the final blow to the Parisians and left the aggregate 3-0.
Thus the French add another disappointment in the Champions League, despite their millions and with the need to rethink for the future.
