Ingredients

  • 150gr of honey
  • 250gr of flour
  • 150gr of sugar
  • 100gr margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. yeast tea
  • cinnamon powder qb
  • margarine qb
  • flour qb

preparation method

  • Grease a hole shape with margarine and flour.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • In a bowl, mix the honey with the sugar and margarine and beat everything very well.
  • Add the eggs, one at a time, beating between additions.
  • In another bowl, add the yeast already mixed with the flour and cinnamon and mix everything very well.
  • Add the dry preparation to the previous mixture and stir well with a wire rod.
  • Place the mixture in the greased mold and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 300gr sugar
  • 250gr flour
  • 80gr walnut kernels
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5dl oil
  • 1dl milk
  • 2 c. powdered cinnamon tea
  • 1 c. yeast tea
  • margarine qb
  • flour qb

preparation method

  • Coarsely chop the nuts with the help of a knife.
  • Grease a mold with margarine and flour and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º.
  • In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a fluffy, whitish cream.
  • Add the oil and milk and beat very well.
  • Now add the flour mixed with the cinnamon and the yeast, taking care to do it little by little and always beating very well.
  • Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff and then fold them into the mixture.
  • Now add the walnuts and mix again.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for about 50 minutes or until well cooked.
