- 4 eggs
- 2 turnips (cut in half)
- 4 carrots (cut in half)
- 1 onion (cut in half)
- 2 bay leaves
- 125ml olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 2 c. vinegar soup

preparation method
- Boil water in a pressure cooker, add the onion, bay leaves and octopus.
- Close the pan and let it cook for 40 minutes.
- In another pan, boil water with salt and add the cabbage. Bring to a boil and add the carrots, potatoes and eggs to cook for 35 minutes.
- When 15 minutes of cooking time, add the turnips.
- In a frying pan, heat the garlic in olive oil. When it’s hot, turn off the heat and add the vinegar.

- 240gr onion
- 70gr olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300gr tomato
- 350gr long rice
- qb water
- coriander qb
- salt and pepper qb
preparation method
- Place the octopus, 120gr of onion, 100gr of water or red wine in the glass and program 30 min, Varoma, reverse spoon, speed 1.5. Remove and reserve the octopus and the cooking water.
- Place the oil in the bowl and heat 3 min Varoma speed 1/2.
- Add 120gr onion, garlic and chop 5 sec, speed 5.
- Add the tomato and sauté 5 min, Varoma, speed 1/2.
- Add the cooked octopus, season with salt and pepper and program 7 min, 100°C, reverse spoon, spoon speed.
