Marilyn Monroe’s former penthouse is looking for new owners.

More than 60 years have passed since the unfortunate death of the great actress Marilyn Monroe, however her legacy and her name are still more alive than ever, and now they were mentioned again after it was revealed that her former penthouse located in West Hollywood, California is looking for new owners.
‘La Bomba Rubia’, as she was colloquially known, moved to live there in 1954, after her divorce from Joe DiMaggio, her second husband.
The apartment, which was also home to portia de rossiis located inside the Granville Towersa tower building built in 1930 by the renowned architect leland bryantwho was also behind the design of the Sunset Tower hotel.
The property, according to the technical sheet released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, has an extension of 2,032 square feet and was launched on the market by $2,290,000 dollars.
Inside, along two floors, it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a spa, a laundry room, among other rooms.
In addition to the interior spaces, residents also have access to an indoor swimming pool, an underground garage, a garden with a fountain in the center, a dog park and 24-hour security service.

The current owner, whose identity is unknown, purchased the penthouse in 2003 for $860,000. At that time it belonged to Portia de Rossi, the current couple of Ellen Degeneres. He tried to sell it, for the first time, in 2018 for the amount of $2,485,000 dollarsto later go down to the $2,300,000 dollars.
