Ingredients

  • 450gr fresh cod
  • 2 c. powdered garlic tea
  • 1 c. powdered curry tea
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 c. semi-skimmed milk soup
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 3 c. flour soup
  • 4 c. oat flakes soup
  • 4 c. breadcrumb soup
  • 1 c. sesame seed soup
  • 1 c. olive oil soup

preparation method

  • Cut the cod into cubes and sprinkle, on both sides, with the garlic powder, curry powder and pepper.
  • Add the milk and lemon juice and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 200ยบ.
  • Drain the codfish and reserve.
  • Add the egg to the marinade and beat.
  • Add the flour and mix very well.
  • In another container, mix the oats with the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
  • Dip each piece of cod in the egg mixture and then in the mixture of oats, breadcrumbs and sesame.
  • Place the nuggets on a tray lined with parchment paper and greased with olive oil, and drizzle them with the remaining olive oil.
  • Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
