Mocks the ex in new song
Shakira is now hitting back at her ex in a new single: “Tiraera Pa Gerard Pique #53”. The song is, among other things, about Piqué’s relationship with 23-year-old Clara Chia Marti, who, alongside her PR studies, works for the sports star’s media company Kosmos.
In the song, the star sings:
“I’m worth two 22-year-olds”, and: “You traded a Ferrari for one [Renault] Twingo/You traded a Rolex for a Casio”.
She also mentions Piqué’s mother and hers problems with the Spanish tax authorities:
“You left me with my mother-in-law as a neighbor, with the press outside my door and a debt to the tax man,” she sings.
The song has broken records on YouTube where the music video received a whopping 63 million views in the first 24 hours of publication, making it the most viewed Latin American song in the platform’s history.
