Ingredients

  • 2 flour makers
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1dl of olive oil
  • chives qb
  • salt and pepper qb

preparation method

  • Peel, wash and chop the onion.
  • Heat a frying pan with oil, let it heat up, add the onion and let it sauté a little.
  • Cut the flour into pieces.
  • Add to skillet and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl and add to the skillet, letting it cook a little longer, but without stopping stirring.
  • Finally, sprinkle with chopped chives, season with salt and pepper and serve on its own or with slices of homemade bread.

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 package sliced ​​fresh mushrooms
  • 1 flour
  • Basil
  • salt and olive oil qb
  • 3 peppers in mill
  • 3 cloves of garlic

preparation method

  • In a bowl, break and beat the eggs.
  • In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and crushed garlic.
  • Discard the flour, add the mushrooms and season with 3 peppers and salt.
  • Add the beaten eggs and some basil leaves. Always mix, without letting the flour burn.
  • Remove to a platter and release the preparation.
  • It can be served hot, warm or even cold.
