Who has the right to use the PIS/PASEP service is the legal entity that receives some type of benefit such as retirement, death pension and assistance services given to disabled and/or elderly people, as is the case of the Continuing Provision Benefit (BPC).

What are the steps for carrying out the PIS/PASEP service?

To carry out the free PIS/PASEP service, you need to make a call to the number 135 with the presentation of your CPF. The service is immediate and has about 5 minutes of waiting. With this, the requested document will be sent to your residence through the Post Office within a period of 20 days.

In accordance with the terms established by Law No. 10,048 of November 8, 2000​, legal entities with a disability, elderly people aged 60 or over, pregnant women, nursing mothers, with infants and the obese have access to priority care which, in compliance with the law nº 13.460/17, must be organized, respecting the following constitutional norms such as civility, respect, accessibility, courtesy, the presumption of good faith of the legal entity, equality, efficiency, security and ethics.
