Rabbit in the oven with red wine and thyme

Ingredients
- 1 rabbit, cut into pieces
- 200ml of red wine
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 6 thyme stalks + some for decoration
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 2 c. olive oil soup
- 2 c. vegetable cream soup for cooking
- 1 c. sweet pepper tea
- Salt and black pepper, qb
preparation method
- The day before, place the rabbit in a container that can be closed.
- Season with salt, garlic, bay leaf and sprinkle with red wine. Cover and let marinate.
- The next day, heat the oil in a frying pan.
- Add the drained rabbit pieces and let the meat take on color.
- Turn it over as it cooks.
- When all the pieces are golden, add the vegetable cream and sprinkle with the paprika.
- Engage, add the thyme stems and sprinkle with the marinade.
- Bring to a boil and place in the oven, previously heated to 180º.
- Let it cook, turning the pieces of meat from time to time, until they are all very tender.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh thyme and serve immediately.
Rabbit in the oven with mustard

Ingredients
- 1 rabbit in pieces
- 600gr of potato
- 450gr of pumpkin
- 2 c. of chili paste soup
- 2 c. of mustard soup
- 2 c. olive oil soup
- 1 c. dry rosemary dessert
- 1 c. of salt tea
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 red onion
- 1 courgette
- 0.5dl of red wine
- ground pepper, qb
preparation method
- Season the rabbit pieces with the red pepper sauce and mustard.
- Add the bay leaves broken into pieces and the red wine.
- Mix well and marinate for at least 24 hours in the fridge.
- Peel and cut the onion into wedges.
- Peel and cut the potatoes and pumpkin into sticks.
- Cut the courgette into cubes.
- Arrange the vegetables on an oven tray, sprinkle with rosemary, a little pepper and salt and mix well.
- Distribute the rabbit pieces on top, sprinkle everything with the marinade and oil and bake in the oven, previously heated to 150º, for one hour, increasing the temperature to 185º.
