Héctor Herrera’s Houston Dynamo would be reinforcing itself with the 21-year-old footballer, Djevencio van der Kust, who would arrive on loan from Eredivisie FC Utrecht to start a new uniformed adventure with the Texan team of the MLS.
The team’s general manager expressed his satisfaction for finalizing the signing of a player with whom they are very enthusiastic for what will be the contribution to the team for next season. “We are excited to welcome Djevencio to Houston and look forward to his continued development after earning competitive minutes in one of the best leagues in the world.said Pat Onstad, general manager of the Houston Dynamo.
The Dutch footballer is only 21 years old and is the team’s youngest signing in the recent transfer market. It should be noted that he wore the FC Utrecht shirt 24 times in different competitions in which he participated. His Eredivisie debut came at the age of 20 in his team’s 4-0 win over Sparta Rotterdam.
“He is a very promising youngster who we think can make an impact this season. He was very clear in explaining why he wants to join the club and we are excited to welcome him.“, Onstad reiterated about the new partner of Héctor Herrera, who is the franchise player of the institution.
