Nick Sirianni, coach of the Philadelphia Eagles, compared his quarterback, Jalen Hurts, to Michael Jordan himself, considered by many to be the best basketball player of all time. The comparison was made by the coach of the Philadelphia team, due to the thirst for victory that his player has at just 24 years of age.
No doubt Sirianni’s comparison is a bit daring, however he himself gave his arguments. “I grew up watching Michael Jordan, I’m the biggest fan of his. What I admire the most is his will to win, that’s the comparison I make with Jalen“said the coach.
“Jalen has that will to win, I honestly don’t know what Jalen’s ceiling is because he puts it higher every week“continued the coach Nick Sirianni at a press conference.
Faced with this reality, Jalen Hurts thanked his coach, but also justified the comparison he made. “I never set limits, this is a moment of reflection, of knowing that all the work was for a reason. I feel that this team is ready, we have worked hard to reach the decisive game“, emphasized the 24-year-old quarterback who will be playing his first Super Bowl.
The Philadelphia Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl next Sunday, February 12 and Jalen Hurts is for Philadelphia along with Patrick Manhomes of Kansas, the two candidates for the Most Valuable Player award.
