Pasta in the oven with béchamel is a dish that almost no one can resist. Pastacheese and white sauce form a very successful trio that will delight all members of the family, from the youngest to the oldest.
Furthermore, it is a simple recipe to make and that yields a lot, so perfect for those days when you don’t know what to prepare or don’t have much time.
Pasta with béchamel in the oven

Ingredients
- 600ml of béchamel
- 1 package of pasta
- 1 beef bouillon cube qb
- 2 slices of ham cut to 3 mm thick
- 1 big onion
- 250g of cooked peas
- 2 carrots, sliced and cooked
- 1 and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon spice mix (cinnamon, ginger, aniseed, cardamom, cloves and pepper)
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- salt qb
- 0.5dl of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
method of preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180º.
- Cook the pasta in plenty of broth and with a drizzle of oil until al dente. Drain and reserve.
- Cut the ham into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the béchamel sauce.
- Season with the spice mix, a little nutmeg and salt.
- Involve the pasta, ham, carrots and peas to the previous preparation.
- Pour the preparation into a pyrex, previously greased with butter.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180º to brown.
- Serve sprinkled with chives.

Ingredients
- 800g minced meat
- 50g of tomato pulp
- 2 turkey sausages
- 100gr of bacon
- 1 chopped onion
- Piripiri, pepper, oregano and salt to taste
- 1/4 of a glass of white wine
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 package of béchamel
- 400gr of pasta
- grated cheese qb
- olive oil qb
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- Butter
method of preparation
- Cook the pasta with salt.
- Make a stew with the bay leaf, onion, garlic, broth and oil.
- When the onion starts to brown, add the wine.
- After the wine has evaporated, add the meat and season with salt, pepper, oregano and chilli.
- When the meat looks slightly cooked, add the tomato pulp, the sausages cut into slices and the bacon cut into cubes.
- Let it cook on low heat.
- Grease a tray with butter and place the cooked, well-drained pasta inside.
- Add the meat.
- Cover with the béchamel sauce and mix.
- Place cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180º until golden.

Ingredients
- 250gr of pasta
- 300gr of broccoli
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion chopped into small cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. wheat flour soup
- 4 c. of grated cheese soup
- 750ml of milk or vegetable drink
method of preparation
- In a pan, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the chopped onion.
- Let it brown for two minutes and add the broccoli, broken into small branches.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and let it fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the milk at room temperature and mix until the wheat flour dissolves.
- Add 250gr of pasta and cook over low heat until the sauce thickens and the pasta cooks “al dente”.
- When ready, turn off the heat and add the grated cheese. Mix well.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180º to brown.
