Elektroskandia is launching new collaboration with ZAPTEC to meet the high demand for charging boxes in the residential market.
The new car sales of rechargeable cars are constantly increasing and a report from the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) shows that until 2030, 20 million new electric car chargers will be needed for villas in Europe. Through the collaboration with Zaptec, Elektroskandia will now be able to meet customer demand and enable more homeowners to charge the car cheaper.
-We have noticed an increased demand for ZAPTEC GO, while the product fits well with our range in e-mobility. We and the villa market are, of course, attracted by Zaptec’s smart functionality to control the charge after the electricity price, which is more relevant than ever. ZAPTEC GO is already stocked at our logistics center in Örebro and also in several of our stores, comments Martin Cederström, Marketing Manager Installation Elektroskandia.
Zaptec was founded in Stavanger in Norway and is today the leading charging company in the domestic market and one of the leading charging companies in Sweden. By combining leading technology with a stylish shape, they offer safe, user -friendly and flexible electric vehicles.
– We want to grow in the Swedish market and therefore we are very pleased to have started a collaboration with Elektroskandia. Electricians are an important customer group for us and with Sweden’s leading electric wholesaler as a strategic partner, we increase accessibility for customers across the country, adds Axel Philipson, CEO Zaptec Sweden.
