“We are not focused on what they will say. We are not focused on what they say on social media. We’re not getting distracted by anything“, he narrowed.

For his part, Amanda Serrano, who has reigned in seven divisions and who starred in the fight of the year in 2021 against the Irish monarch Katie Taylor, showed great respect to the Aztec boxer, but he emphasized the importance of combat and predicted a big fight in which he said he would win the show.

I know that she is a tough Mexican boxer, she is a world champion and she is the last piece of the puzzle. We both want the same thing and we will show that on Saturday. The real winners will be the fans. It will be a great fight,” he said.

“This entire camp has been focused on Erika Cruz. I have great respect for him. It will be a historic night for both of us,” she added.
