Mexico had no mercy on Curaçao and thrashed them with a score of 9-0 at the start of the U17 World Cup

The Mexican under 17 team mercilessly riddled its counterpart from Curaçao with a final score of 9-0, a result that confirms their status as favorites in said qualifying event for a World Cup in which they have just been champions on land brazilian.

It is important to note that the first three classified in each group advance to the next phase and by decision of Concacaf, the teams from Nicaragua, Bermuda, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic are automatically classified to the round of 16 and wait for their opponents.

However, the pre-mundial semifinals are scheduled for February 24, while the final of the aforementioned Concacaf tournament will be played on the 26th of the same month.
