The property, built in 1931 and originally put on the market by $2.35 million dollarswas sold in $2.09 million dollars.
Despite the fact that he did not receive the amount he expected, the fellow ‘Dancing with the Stars’ contestant did make a significant profit compared to the amount he himself paid, in 2004, when he disbursed $1.35 million dollars.
According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the house, which is in the Spanish architectural style, has an extension of 4,387 square feet, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
