Meet the century-old house that Mario Lopez, star of ‘Saved by the Bell,’ sold in Burbank

The actor Mario Lopez, who is remembered for his role as AC Slater in the series ‘Saved by the Bell’, recently sold the hundred-year-old house he owned in Burbank, Calif..

The property, built in 1931 and originally put on the market by $2.35 million dollarswas sold in $2.09 million dollars.

Despite the fact that he did not receive the amount he expected, the fellow ‘Dancing with the Stars’ contestant did make a significant profit compared to the amount he himself paid, in 2004, when he disbursed $1.35 million dollars.

According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the house, which is in the Spanish architectural style, has an extension of 4,387 square feet, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

It is completed by a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a family room, a bar, an office, balconies, a laundry room, a garage for two vehicles, a bathroom storage, among other rooms.

The kitchen is open and not so wide. It is equipped with brown cabinets, with stainless steel appliances, with a central island that works to prepare food, but also as a breakfast area for three people.

The master bedroom has a large bed, a living room, a balcony, a cedar-lined closet, a balcony with mountain views, and a full bathroom with a steam shower, hydromassage tub, and bidet.

Outside, in its 8,119 square foot lot, it has a terrace, with green areas, with a barbecue area, with an outdoor kitchen, with a swimming pool with its respective spa area, with a Jacuzzi, among other amenities.
