The actor Michal B. Jordan, 35, who stars in the movie ‘Black Panther’, decided to get rid of the luxurious mansion he owns in the Encino area of California.
The property, for which you paid $12,512,500 dollars in May 2022, it was launched on the market a couple of days ago in $12,998,000 dollarsso if everything goes as planned, the actor would record a profit of 3.9%.
The residence, which was built in 2021 and is distributed over two floors, has an extension of 12,300 square feetwith eight bedrooms, with 10 full bathrooms and four half bathrooms.

The kitchen is open and quite spacious. It is equipped with brown cabinets, high-end appliances and two central islands, which work to prepare food, but also as a breakfast area.
The main bedroom has space for a large bed and a sitting area. It is completed by a fireplace, a terrace, a large dressing room and a complete bathroom.
