Now the viewer success “Married at First Sight” is finally back. In the ninth straight season, we get to know eight participants in their search for love and happiness. We meet the singles Caroline, Ida, Lina, Stina, Arvid, Agust, Fredrik and Alexander who all know what they want, but is it the same as what they need? How well the program’s experts have succeeded in the match remains to be seen. In the first program, the participants get to meet their intended for the first time. New for this year is that the program series has been expanded to 10 episodes.
Since last year, psychotherapist Maria Farm, sexologist and psychotherapist Karl Norwald and psychologist Fredric Bohm have been working hard. Their matching work has resulted in eight new participants, eight singles who are thirsty for big love. Now all that remains is for the participants to meet so that the experts can begin their relationship work in “Married at First Sight”.
The first meeting of the selected couples takes place at the initial wedding and during the program series we get to follow their time as newlyweds. After five weeks, the couples have to decide whether they want to stay married or not. Did Cupid’s arrows hit? Has sweet music arisen? Or was the match… suboptimal?
Married at first sight is also followed this year by the program series “Kärleksrådet”, where Helle Schunesson talks to the experts about what many long for: the great lasting love.
