Light muffins with dark chocolate and hazelnuts





Ingredients for 12 cupcakes

  • 110g of flour (379 Kcal)
  • 20g of dark chocolate for desserts (64 Kcal)
  • 130g of sugar (560 Kcal)
  • 1 teaspoon and a half of chemical yeast (20 Kcal)
  • 40g butter (300 Kcal)
  • 120 ml of milk (58 Kcal)
  • 1 egg (70 Kcal)
  • 36 hazelnuts (40g) (240 Kcal)
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the sauce (optional)

  • milk
  • 40g of dark chocolate for desserts (206 Kcal)
  • Calories 1887

Elaboration:

Preheat the oven to 170°. Crush half of the hazelnuts and reserve. Mix flour, chocolate powder, sugar, add yeast, a pinch of salt and butter, mixing until the dough becomes a grit. Add the egg, the crushed hazelnuts and, a little at a time, the milk. Pour everything into the muffin tins until 12 are filled. Bake for 20 minutes.

Preparation of the sauce

Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the crushed hazelnuts and the milk

When taking out the muffins, pour the chocolate and hazelnut sauce on top of each one. Let cool and serve.
