Prestige Fridge Pudding Recipe

Chocolate cream

    • 5 tablespoons of chocolate powder
    • 1 a can of condensed milk
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 1 box of milk cream
  • 1 envelope of colorless gelatin dissolved in 100 ml of warm water

white cream

  • 1 a can of condensed milk
  • 1 box of milk cream 200g
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of tea coconut flakes
  • 1 envelope of colorless gelatin dissolved in 100 ml of warm water.

White Cream:

  • In the blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, cream, and hydrated gelatin.

  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Mounting:

  • In a large form for pudding, greased with margarine, place the white cream and on top the chocolate cream.
  • Place in the fridge until firm.
  • Unmold and serve.

Tip:
Decorate with grated coconut or chocolate syrup.
