Jessie Lemonier passed away at the age of 25.

Former player for the Detroit Lions, Los Angeles Chargers and Cardinals, Jessie Lemonier, passed away this Thursday at the age of 25. This was announced through social networks, the causes of the athlete’s death have not yet been disclosed.
“We are shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of our former Detroit Lions player Jessie Lemonier,” the statement added. “Jessie was a model teammate and a wonderful young man gone too soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during this difficult time.“Wrote the Detroit Lions, one of Lemonier’s NFL teams, through his Twitter account.
For their part, the Chargers also expressed themselves for the death of the player. “Gone too soon, our hearts go out to Jessie’s family, friends and loved ones“.
It should be noted that Drew Smith, the athlete’s agent, informed ESPN that the young athlete was expecting a child with his girlfriend.. Lemonier’s career began with the Chargers, his NFL stint, then moved to Detroit with the Lions and also had a brief stint with the Cardinals.
The late player had signed with the USFL’s Houston Gamblers, however his rights were transferred to the Birmingham Stallions and he planned to start his season in the month of April of the current year.
