This Thursday (11/25) was launched the calendar containing the IPVA payment and maturity dates in relation to the year 2022. 1 and 2 and from April onwards for light vehicles.
The reason for the early disclosure of this calendar is to make taxpayers aware and not accumulate debts. As a result, those who make the payment on the correct dates will get a 5% discount and those who pay in installments will be able to pay within two months.

IPVA 2022 Calendar for Cars, vans, SUVs, motorcycles, mopeds and motorhomes:
- With n° 1 at the end of the plaque: the single quota or 1st, quota is April 7th, the 2nd, May 9th, the 3rd, June 9th and the 4th, July 11th;
- With n° 2 at the end of the plaque: the single quota or 1st, quota is April 8, the 2nd, May 11th, the 3rd, June 13th and the 4th, quota on July 11th;
- With n° 3 at the end of the plaque: the single quota or 1st quota is April 11th, the 2nd, May 12th, the 3rd, June 14th and the 4th, July 14th;

IPVA 2022 calendar for buses, trucks and minibuses:
- With numbers 1 and 2 at the end of the plaque: the single quota or 1st quota is March 8th and the 2nd, April 11th;
- With the numbers 3 and 4 at the end of the plaque: the single quota or 1st quota is on April 8th and the 2nd, on May 11th;
- With the numbers 5 and 6 at the end of the plaque: the single quota or 1st quota is May 9th and the 2nd, June 10th;
- With the numbers 7 and 8 at the end of the plaque: the single quota or 1st quota is June 9th and the 2nd quota, July 12th;
- With the numbers 1 and 2 at the end of the plaque: the single quota or 1st quota is on July 11th and the 2nd, on August 12th.
IPVA slips will no longer be delivered to the addresses of vehicle owners, but will be accessed via the internet from January 2022.
What rules for IPVA 2022 discount in ES?
In order to obtain the discount, the individual must issue the necessary slip at the SEFAZ (State Treasury Department) in January of the next year and settle the debt at once, in other words, in a single installment, in order to have access to the 5% discount.
How to consult IPVA 2022
To gain access to IPVA 2022 is quite simple. First you need to enter the Detran website and click on “IPVA”, then press on “payments and consultations” then click on “consult debt”. Once this is done, just type in the car’s license plate or Renevam’s number and consult.
It is important to emphasize that the State Government has not yet disclosed the amounts to be paid, but it is possible that they will be published in December.
