Ingredients
- Leftover minced meat
- 100gr of ham
- 100gr of cheese
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper, qb
- Dill, to taste
preparation method
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir well until foamy.
- Add the leftover minced meat, ham and cheese in pieces. Mix well.
- In a frying pan, put some olive oil and add the egg mixture.
- Mix until you get the consistency you like and season with salt, pepper and a little dill.
- Serve on a slice of toasted whole wheat bread.
Roasted meat pie with peppers

Ingredients
- 300g roast beef, cut into strips
- 250ml of milk
- 200ml light cream
- 125ml roast beef sauce
- 4 eggs
- 1 pie crust base
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion cut into thin rings
- 4 tablespoons black olive slices
- Salt, pepper and olive oil, to taste
preparation method
- Bake the peppers in the oven, preheated to 200ºC, for 30 minutes.
- Unroll the dough and place in a non-stick pan with a removable bottom. Press and remove excess.
- In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion. As soon as it softens, remove from heat.
- Remove the skin and seeds from the peppers and cut them into thin slices.
- In a bowl, place the eggs and beat a little.
- Add the milk, cream and roast beef sauce.
- Season with pepper and a little salt and mix well.
- In the pan, spread half the peppers, the roast beef, the onion, the remaining peppers and, finally, the slices of black olives. Pour the liquid.
- Take it to the oven, preheated to 190ºC, and let it cook for approximately 50 minutes.
Mixed barbecue meat with vegetables

- 500gr of barbecue leftovers, cut into cubes
- 2 tomatoes, cut into cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 carrot, peeled into thin slices
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, water and parsley, to taste
preparation method
- In a skillet, put the olive oil, onion and carrot to braise.
- After 5 minutes, add a little water to cook the carrots.
- Add the pepper, tomato and meat, and sauté until the carrot is cooked.
- Add parsley and salt and serve immediately.
