H&M Move has signed one of women’s soccer’s best players, Nadia Nadim. Her inspiring journey began when she was forced to flee Afghanistan as a child. Since then, Nadia has gone from refugee status to international soccer star with more than 100 appearances for the Danish national team, she speaks nine languages and is a trained doctor.
Today, Nadia plays professional soccer for Racing Louisville FC in the US Women’s Soccer League. She has also represented Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain, where she took part in winning the league titles. Nothing has stopped Nadia from achieving her goals, and now she hopes to enable the next generation of talent to follow in her footsteps.
“I want to inspire children to want to play sports and be active, especially young girls. That is the reason why I am starting the collaboration with H&M Move, because I personally believe in their vision and mission,” says Nadia Nadim.
Nadia is welcomed to the H&M Move team by none other than football legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Check out the clip below!
