traditional mashed potato

Ingredients
- 750gr potatoes
- 375ml milk
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
- 2 c. butter soup
preparation method
- Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters and wash well.
- Cook in a pan with water and salt.
- Once cooked, drain well and mash the potatoes.
- Heat the milk until lukewarm.
- Add to the potatoes and mix well.
- Add the pepper, nutmeg and butter and stir until desired consistency is achieved.
Sweet potato and carrot puree

Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 big onion
- salt to taste
- 1 c. pepper coffee
- 1 c. butter soup
preparation method
- Peel and chop the sweet potato and carrots.
- Place in a pan with water to cook.
- When all foods are soft, drain well.
- Grind the preparation.
- Add butter to taste and season with salt and pepper.
cauliflower puree

Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 c. olive oil soup
- skimmed milk to taste
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
preparation method
- Cut the cauliflower and cook in water until it is very soft.
- Drain, crush and reserve.
- In a pan, add the olive oil and the macerated garlic cloves.
- Brown for a few minutes.
- Add the cauliflower purée, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, slowly adding the milk until reaching the desired consistency.
chickpea puree

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 30gr of olive oil
- 1 can of cooked chickpeas
- 100ml of milk
preparation method
- Place the garlic and coriander in the food processor and grind well.
- Add the oil and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and add the grain and milk, letting it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Grind everything and rectify seasonings if necessary.
