  • 750gr potatoes
  • 375ml milk
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
  • 2 c. butter soup

preparation method

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into quarters and wash well.
  • Cook in a pan with water and salt.
  • Once cooked, drain well and mash the potatoes.
  • Heat the milk until lukewarm.
  • Add to the potatoes and mix well.
  • Add the pepper, nutmeg and butter and stir until desired consistency is achieved.

  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes

  • Peel and chop the sweet potato and carrots.
  • Place in a pan with water to cook.
  • When all foods are soft, drain well.
  • Grind the preparation.
  • Add butter to taste and season with salt and pepper.

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 c. olive oil soup
  • skimmed milk to taste
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste

preparation method

  • Cut the cauliflower and cook in water until it is very soft.
  • Drain, crush and reserve.
  • In a pan, add the olive oil and the macerated garlic cloves.
  • Brown for a few minutes.
  • Add the cauliflower purée, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, slowly adding the milk until reaching the desired consistency.

  • 30gr of olive oil
  • 1 can of cooked chickpeas
  • 100ml of milk

preparation method

  • Lower the heat and add the grain and milk, letting it cook for about 10 minutes.
