  • 3 gems
  • 100gr of flour
  • 150gr of sugar
  • 1 c. baking powder coffee
  • 3 c. powdered chocolate soup
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • Ingredients for the stuffing
  • 150g of cooking chocolate
  • 6 c. cream soup
  • 1 c. butter soup

preparation method

  • Start by preparing the dough, turning on the oven at 180º.
  • Beat the eggs well with the yolks until you get a firm cream.
  • Add the sugar and beat some more.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder and chocolate in the previous mixture.
  • Place the dough on a tray, previously greased with butter and lined with parchment paper, also greased with butter, and place in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
  • It’s time to prepare the filling: add the chocolate, cream and butter and heat over a bain-marie, stirring occasionally until melted.
  • Meanwhile, remove the cake from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and turn over on a kitchen towel.
  • Peel off the parchment paper and cover the entire surface with the chocolate cream, but reserve some for topping.
  • Roll up with the help of the cloth.
  • When rolled up, spread the pie with the rest of the chocolate topping.

  • 4 eggs
  • 5g melted unsalted butter
  • 1 whole orange
  • 200gr of flour
  • 1 c. powdered yeast tea
  • 250gr of sugar
  • Ingredients for the filling and topping
  • 150gr of chocolate in tablet
  • 6 c. cream soup
  • 1 c. butter soup

preparation method

  • Peel the carrots and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the puree and turn on the oven at 200º.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the carrot purée.
  • Add the butter and the orange juice and zest.
  • Involve the flour, previously sifted with the yeast, and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes.
  • Then remove from the oven and turn onto a sheet of parchment paper sprinkled with sugar.
  • Add the chocolate, cream and butter and heat over a bain-marie, stirring occasionally until melted.
  • Spread the pie with this chocolate cream.
  • Roll up and let cool before serving.
