  • 100ml water
  • 1.5kg of octopus
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 200ml olive oil

How to make octopus à lagareiro

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Wash the potatoes with a brush, drain and place on a baking tray, sprinkle with salt and wrap.

  • 80gr of onion
