  • 2  cup of  flour
  • 2  units of  eggs
  • 1  can of  condensed milk
  • 3  tablespoons of  cocoa powder
  • 2  tablespoons of  butter
  • oil  for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a blender, beat the carrots, sugar, butter and water until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  • Transfer the contents of the blender to a pan, put it on the fire and wait for it to boil.
  • Add the flour and mix vigorously until you get a soft dough.
  • Remove from heat and add two eggs, one at a time, whisking constantly until completely incorporated.
  • Place the dough in a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Make a few strips of churros on a baking sheet and then place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hour.
