Defense of Pablo Lyle confirms that they appealed the sentence of the actor

Actor Pablo Lyle was sentenced on February 3 to 5 years in prison and eight more on probation. However, his situation could change because the actor’s legal team confirmed that he filed an appeal.

The defense appealed the sentence imposed by Judge Maritza Tinkler almost a month ago and they have already begun the process in court, as confirmed by the lawyer Philip Reizenstein to the ‘Ventaneando’ program on February 23, through WhatsApp messages.

“Pablo has been transferred and the appeal has already been filed. He’s at the South Florida Reception Center.”said the actor’s defender to ‘Window’. If the appeal is won, the sentence could change.

On February 20, Pablo Lyle was transferred to the South Florida Reception Center temporary detention center, where he will spend a few weeks while he undergoes a series of physical and psychological examinations to determine which Florida state prison he will be sent to serve his sentence.

The actor’s shave in prison

A photograph of Lyle filtered by ‘El Gordo y La Flaca’, in which he looks almost unrecognizable, completely shaved and with a shaved face, has shocked Internet users and generated many opinion matrices.

The presenter of the program ‘Gossip no like’ Javier Ceriani, assured behind the radical haircut of the actor there would be a terrifying reason. As he commented, it would be a recommendation from his legal team that would protect him from other inmates.

However, in the ‘Ventaneando’ show they asserted that Pablo’s shaved head was to comply with one of the entrance rules of the South Florida Reception Center.

“The signing includes: a general medical examination, fingerprinting, delivery of a uniform, as well as the regulatory haircut, hence the image that shows Pablo Lyle completely bare”, They explained in the report that the show did about the case.

While Lyle is in prison, he will be able to enroll and participate in programs offered by the judicial system such as institutional improvement, church help, law studies in the library, family, community reintegration, carpentry and even construction.

On February 3 Pablo Lyle He was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for the death of Juan Ricardo Hernández, a Cuban that the actor struck during a vehicular altercation in March 2019.

The actor received a sentence of 5 years in prison, 8 on probation and 100 hours of community service. He will also have to undergo anger management sessions.
