After a nasty accident that resulted in three broken legs, Christina Schollin and Hans Wahlgren have decided to review the possibilities of selling their Casa Angel in Nerja. It was when Christina Schollin fell down the house’s marble stairs that the accident occurred and led to her having to sit in a wheelchair for several weeks.
Just before Christmas, the accident occurred where Christina Schollin fell down the marble stairs in her house in Nerja, Spain. After the accident, she was laid up for half an hour and it turned out that she had broken her leg in three different places. After a visit to a hospital in Veles Malaga, she was flown by ambulance to Sweden where she underwent surgery.

Want to investigate interest in the house
Because of the accident, the couple has considered selling their Spanish house that they have had for 22 years, mainly because of the many stairs that have been an obstacle after Christina’s accident. However, the couple has not decided, but has instead chosen to feel the market by listing the house for a possible future sale.

As Christina has recovered, she has also managed the house’s stairs better. “We put it out there to see what it’s worth, and what interest there might be,” Hans Wahlgren revealed to The evening paper. Should the couple decide to sell, however, they have their sights set on another house in Nerja, where they have built up a large circle of friends over the years.
