The Chivas de Guadalajara are not going through their best moment at a sporting level. The historic Mexican team has a great drought of titles and, for several seasons, He is not the protagonist of Liga MX. Nonetheless, Alan Mozo considers that Rebaño Sagrado continues to be the perfect club to reach El Tri and will aspire to go to Europe.
“I think Chivas is a perfect springboard to reach the Mexican National Team, to go to Europe. This is the most Mexican team in the country, it has a unique characteristic that separates it from the rest and I think that Chivas is the perfect place to be able to stand out and raise a hand for the National Team“Alan Mozo commented in an interview with Record.
In this same vein, the Chivas de Guadalajara winger could aspire to a position in Diego Cocca’s new Mexican National Team for the next Copa América. With respect to the tournament, Mozo sees it as useful that El Tri is again included in the South American tournament.
“I think it’s something great, it’s going to add a lot. I believe that measuring yourself against first world rivals, Argentina is the champion, we know all the capabilities of Brazil, I think that this competition, those rivals are going to add a lot to the National Team“he added.
The 25-year-old winger has already had appearances with Mexico’s senior team. Mozo has dressed in the colors of El Tri on two occasionsbut he aspires to increase those numbers now representing Chivas de Guadalajara.
