Chicken Legs with Onion and Beer Sauce

- 4 chicken legs (with thigh)
- 1 onion soup
- 2 dl cream
- 1 beer (33cl)
- Chopped parsley or chives
preparation method
- Start this chicken recipe in the oven by turning it to 160 degrees.
- Dissolve the onion soup in the cream and add the beer.
- Stir well and pour over the chicken in a roasting pan.
- Place in the oven for an hour and before serving, sprinkle the chicken with chopped parsley or chives.
Chicken in the Oven with mustard, orange and honey

Ingredients
- 1 leek
- 1 big onion
- 1 chicken (cut into 4 pieces)
- 2 spoon of. mustard soup
- 3 tablespoon of honey
- 1 orange
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper
- fresh thyme
- Butter
method of preparation
- Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut the leek and onion into slices and spread them on a baking sheet.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, brush both sides with mustard and place the chicken pieces in the roasting pan, skin side up.
- Drizzle with honey and orange juice and add 3 or 4 thyme sprigs.
- Drizzle with a little melted butter and bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken is tender and the skin is golden brown.
- Keep basting the chicken during the cooking time.
