The benefit is granted only in two cases: when there has been a reduction in salary and working hours; when the employment contract was suspended. The reduction in working hours and salary can reach up to 70%, with a maximum period of 120 days.

The first installment of the benefit is paid 30 days after the closing of the agreement.
